Barbecue

The secret to enjoy a perfect barbecue: you are welcome to use your hands!

You might expect meat to be the BBQ king, with beef (fillet, meat kebab, sirloin)  and pork (chops, sausages), but fish is also a perfect match. No matter whether you prefer firm and hearty fish like tuna or swordfish, or oily fish like mackerel and anchovies or the more classic fish kebabs or sea bass: they are all grilled before your eyes, "à la pesarese style", with breadcrumbs.

Grilling is the best way to preserve the food aroma and flavour, so don't miss the opportunity to taste the freshness of our BBQ!

Did you know that …. the word "barbecue" comes from the Spanish word "barbacoa". Traditional barbacoa involves digging a hole in
the ground and placing some meat above a pot so the juices can be used to make a broth.
