HOTEL’S LOCATION

On Pesaro's beachfront, at a short walking distance from historic downtown Pesaro . 

CAR PARKING

The hotel has its own underground garage.  The daily charge varies from € 6,00 – 8,00. We strongly recommend a reservation, especially in high season.

Free parking possibilities outside the hotel. We will give you the parking permit ( € 50,00 deposit required) as we are in a traffic restricted area. In case our garage is full and you do not feel like leaving the car outside, we suggest the multi parking garage at a 500 m distance, convenient prices for our hotel guests.

ARRIVING BY TRAIN

The Pesaro train station is at a 2 km distance from the hotel, the cost for a taxi transfer is about € 8,00. In case you prefer to use public transport, bus number 41 takes you to Viale Trieste, the bus stop “Cruiser” is only 50 meters from the hotel

CHECK IN.  AT WHAT TIME MY ROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE?

We try  to reduce the waiting time to a minimum. In case your room was vacant the night before arrival date, it will be assigned to you upon arrival. Otherwise we make sure that it is prepared as soon as the former guests leave the room. Check out time on departure day is 10 am, so all rooms are available by noon at the latest.

CHECK OUT.  AT WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?

At departure day you should leave the room at 10 am. Late check out? Please ask the reception desk and wait for consensus, an extra charge could be required. Late check out without ANY NOTICE ON FOREHAND, the room will be charged with an extra day.  In case the hotel is fully booked and we have no possibility to contact you, the hotel direction can decide to clear the room!!

PESARO ’S BEACH?

The wide sandy beach is very child-friendly as the water level is slow degrading.The children’s play area, a bar and a beach volley field are just a few of the beach facilities available. Moreover, Pesaro has been assigned the "blue flag" award by the Environmental Agency for the 4th year in a row  

BEACH SERVICE

The cost of the beach service is not included in the price, we have price arrangements with the beach “BAGNI LALLO” just in front of us. Reservation is not necessary, you can choose the umbrella position on the spot. For those who booked the All Inclusive Imperial Formula, the umbrella will be assigned by the beach attendant, excluding the front rows.  

WE HAVE A SMALL CHILD.  ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL CHILDREN’S TREATS?

Children fit right in our hotel. Upon arrival  they find a special courtesy set with shampoo that does not burn, baby diaper, baby cot, baby’s bathtub and a changing mat in the room. Available upon request: bottle warmer, baby phone and a toilet reducer.

And in the restaurant?

Special requests for your child’s meal? No problem … as long as we know it in advance! Your table is already set out with high chair or a booster seat, a set of crayons to color their place mat with, children’s cutlery, children’s bib and of course our special baby menu.

Please let us know so that we may adapt your meals accordingly.

INTERCONNECTING ROOMS?

Our interconnecting rooms are called family rooms and are divided into a double room  (14.40 sq.m) with all comforts, a smaller room (8.30 sq.m)  for two or three persons with its own tv, one bathroom. Large windows with panoramic sea view in both rooms, without balcony. For bathing suites we provide a cloth horses to use in your room or bathroom. In the smaller room if occupied by three persons you will find a bunk bed and a single bed.

HOW  BIG ARE CORALLO – PERLA – ACQUAMARINA ROOMS?  

The room category is determined not by the size, but by the services included. Double-, three- and four-bedded rooms are all represented in the room categories.  Our double rooms go from 11-18 sq. m, the 3-bedded room from 15- 18 sq.m, the four-bedded room is approx. 18 sq.m.

HOTEL RESTAURANT SERVICE  

We offer a buffet-style lunch while dinner is served at your table. Italian cooking accompanied by a fresh vegetable bar and an assortment of appetizers. During peak season we offer an additional meat and fish barbecue for lunch. 

OPENING HOURS OF THE RESTAURANT

The sumptuous breakfast buffet is served from 08.00 till 10.00  in our sunny breakfast room or  poolside. Main meals are served in the restaurant on the first floor with panoramic terrace. Lunch is served at 12.30 pm (entrance till 1.15 pm) and dinner is served from 7.30 pm (entrance till 8.30 pm). For small children different meal hours are possible, please check with the reception. Groups can enjoy their breakfast ahead of normal time.

ARE  DRINKS AT THE MEALS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

The prices do not include drinks at the meals. Our wine cellar offers a various assortment of Italian wines and in particularly the wines of the Marche region , at convenient prices. The ALL INCLUSIVE IMPERIAL FORMULA does include drinks at the meals. Please check the price list for more details.

MINICLUB AND HOTEL ENTERTAINMENT, HOW DOES IS OPERATE?

From mid June till mid September, from Monday till Saturday. In the morning  beach activities for the children, while adults stay poolside for the daily water gym.

In the afternoon please meet the hotel entertainers poolside or at the beach for more activities and sport tournaments. After dinner join in for some baby dance and theme parties, magic shows, games in pairs, group dancing …. and much more.

INTERNET and WIRELESS.

The internet point is located in the hall,  free use for those who reserve a room in the acquamarina category. The hall-bar area and all room are  wireless covered, free use.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Small sized pets are welcome, of course they are not allowed in common spaces nor at the beach. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

In case you need to cancel the reservation, the deposit cannot be refunded, unless you have subscribed to the Imperial Safeguard Service. Enquire for more information.

IF I NEED TO LEAVE EARLIER THAN PLANNED FOR?

In case of earlier departure, we will have to charge your room with 3 days B&B.
